I get that many of these seemingly "national" airports are technically international, but it seems to be a common theme in many metro areas that there is a separate airport or ports that serves all traffic (including wide-body and jumbo jets), and others serve only narrow-body and national traffic. New York, NY: JFK international, EWR mixed?, LGA national.Chicago, IL: ORD international, MDW national.Bay Area, CA: SFO primarily international, OAK and SJC national.I was planning on creating two airports to serve my city, each with a different purpose, national and international.
